Investment Criteria For Perspective Frenchisees
At London Aesthetics U.K., we align ourselves with those who are dedicated to focusing on building a solid business in the Aesthetics industry and are highly motivated and passionate for serving patients in excellence and innovation. To ensure the success of our franchise network and upholding the integrity of our brand, we have established the following investment criteria for prospective franchisees:
1. Financial Requirements
Initial Franchise Application Fee: In order to process your application we require 100,000pkr as an application fee. This fee is used to pay professionals to evaluate what the market value of the area is for the geographical location that you wish to establish our franchise in. That is to determine what the potential revenue may be if you follow our market strategies after becoming a Franchisee of our brand.
Cost of Franchise Fee: This fee can only be determined after evaluation has taken place and you provide us with what you are able to invest. Example: If you are in an area, such as Patokoi, that has a lower revenue potential, your cost may be approximately 3,000,000 to 5,000,000pkr. On the other hand if you want main F2 Islamabad, you will be looking at 1 to 5 crore. This fee covers the cost of training, support, and your first step into our franchise network.
Liquid Capital: Franchisees must demonstrate a minimum to cover twelve (12) months rent on facility, equipment fees, staff fees and other basic assets to cover initial startup costs and working capital.
2. Business Experience
Previous Experience: While prior experience in the Aesthetic Industry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. We value those who have a passion for business in general more than specifically in Aesthetics. However, for those who are Investors, it will be mandatory for them to either have Dermatologist or other doctor as partner or hired as employee who can meet the criteria of Chief Medical Officer of your Franchise. Relevant experience in management or business operations is advantageous.
Management Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential. Franchisees should have a proven track record of managing teams and operations effectively or able to hire those who do have such abilities.
3. Location and Facility Requirements
Site Selection: Franchisees must secure a location that meets our specifications for size, layout, and visibility. Our team will assist in site selection and lease negotiation.
Facility Standards: The franchise location must adhere to our brand standards and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all locations.
4. Commitment and Dedication
Time Commitment: Franchisees must be prepared to dedicate significant time and effort to their business. Active, hands-on involvement is crucial for success.
