Admissions Process

The Admissions Process at American and U.K. Ozonesthetics is a series of conversations, information gathering, data collection, and observations conducted by the Admissions Team. The goal is to best understand the individual needs of each applicant and the applicant’s family. During this process, the Admissions Team strives to listen and learn more about the applicant student, including her/his strengths and challenges. The Team also wants to know more about the short and long-term goals and most importantly ensure that all of our students are qualified to be trained in invasive and or non-invasive aesthetics.

Admission is based on space(s) available, (we strive to keep class sizes small to ensure full hands on and practical learning) in addition to careful consideration of the following:

  • Whether we can support development in the applicant
  • A match between us and an Applicant’s goals and aims, AND
  • Class dynamics between the group of applicants and current student population

At this time, we have to accept students on a case-by-case basis. The deadline for all applications is two days before either the Lahore or Islamabad training sessions in any given month. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

NOTE: Admission deposit fee of 50% or any other amount is non-refundable if not cancelled two weeks before the training session. Under some urgent circumstances, deposits can carry over to future training sessions if the applicant is unable to make their current session in which they signed up for.

Steps in the Process

Take a tour

The admission process starts with thoroughly reading through the school's website, calling to ask clarifying questions, and attending the Academy upon appointment.

Submit application

Please make sure to submit all documentation requested, as an application is not reviewed by The Admissions Team until all materials and application fee are received.

Meet and greet

After thoughtful review of an individual application, the Admissions Team may ask to schedule a time to speak about questions that may need answers to.

Secure a spot

If, after review of a student's application and conducting interview, the Admissions Team believes the Academy can train you, an offer of admission will be made and deposit required of at least 50% or whatever the student can afford at the time, with the remainder being due on the first day of training session.
